Does the customer need an app?+
No. They simply tap the card with a compatible smartphone and the review page opens in their browser.
Does every tap mean a Google review was submitted?+
No. Growmium records when the review link is opened. Google does not tell Growmium whether the customer ultimately submits a review.
Is there a monthly subscription?+
Not for the current review-card product. The standard Growmium Review Card is A$49 once.
What happens if my Google review link changes?+
The destination behind your Growmium card can be updated without replacing the physical card.
Can I order more than one card?+
